I don’t normally leave reviews but I had the best experience here! First time cat owner with a brother/sister duo. Was able to get in quickly, clean and warm facility. Staff is wonderful and welcoming. We were seen quickly and they explained in detail how my kittens were doing and what they were doing. Answered all my questions and also fawned over how cute my kittens were.

Clean and quiet vet clinic with friendly staff. I took my cat here to try them out. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and cat only exam room. My cat typically does get a bit stressed at the vet but she seemed more at ease than at our other clinic. She really enjoyed being able to look out the window in the exam room! It didn’t feel like we were being rushed out of the room and the care team spent ample time talking to us about her care. I’m very happy to have found this place!

Brought our new cat here to get neutered. Great staff, clean facility. Pricing is comparable to other clinics. Dr. Biele is fantastic. We will probably switch all of our other cats to this clinic also.

Maple Grove Pet Hospital is so kind and caring! They truly care about your pet as well as making sure you’re doing okay as well. They treated my dog, Ella, with such care and spoiled her with all the treats. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend! Great customer service, professional and friendly staff, beautiful facility, and an accommodating schedule especially in urgent cases like ours. The whole team took extra care to ensure my pup felt safe since he gets nervous and feisty. We felt very well cared for and are excited to switch our care over to Maple Grove Pet Hospital since our previous veterinarians have retired. Wonderful experience!

I don’t have enough words to express how grateful and highly impressed I was with every moment after I stepped into this office. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Dr. Annie Beil was extremely kind, and clearly laid out the options and price points I was faced with and took so much time to talk with me through each scenario. She listened so attentively to my concerns and priorities, and it was clear she highly respected me and my decisions. The vet tech was also awesome and so kind, and I felt so safe having my dog Sammy with her. They have earned my business from here on out.
